  • Contract negotiations and management of payment scheduling with vendors

  • Explanation of all costs and services prior to the signing of contracts

  • Final meeting to develop your wedding day schedule, determine ceremony order, review payments, select music and review seating charts

  • Confirmation of event details and distribution of timeline, spreadsheets, vendor information, wedding party contact and any personal décor items will be listed

Ceremony Orchestration

  • Wedding Coordinator designated point of contact for day of wedding questions for vendors, wedding party, and family

  • Coordinate with transportation vendor so the wedding party departs for the ceremony as scheduled

  • Distribute all flowers to remaining bridal party and family members

  • Guide wedding party down the aisle and through the ceremony

  • Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin processional

  • Gather family and bridal party for photos after the ceremony

  • Make sure that ceremony and reception stay on time and remain on point as discussed and written on the timeline
